Tom Brady gets better with age.

The GOAT quarterback is officially retired but recently left the door open for yet another NFL return by admitting there are several teams he'd consider un-retiring for.

Few people thought he was serious, but a recent Instagram video of the seven-time Super Bowl winner suggests he might actually be gearing up for it.

The 46-year-old gave followers a glimpse at his intense exercise regime that included running sprints.

“24 years later…” Brady captioned the post, referring to the year the New England Patriots drafted him.

”@nobull. no excuses. Show up for yourself so you can show up all damn day!”

"Dude looks good," one fan said.

"You can tell he’s been lifting weights too, in better shape (physically) than he was playing," added another.

Brady's chiselled physique and rock hard abs are certainly a far cry from his infamously unflattering Combine photo taken during his doughier days.

Heck, he's in better shape than current QB superstar and dad bod advocate Patrick Mahomes.

"He's faster than he was 20 years ago!" another fan commented.

It's no exaggeration to say Brady is indeed faster than he was 20 years ago.

NFL fans shocked as Tom Brady mentions coming out of retirement and either re-joining the New England Patriots, or moving to the San Francisco 49ers or the Las Vegas Raiders

The man himself proved just a few months ago.

Ahead of the 2024 NFL Combine, Brady threw it back to his own Combine days before he was the No. 199 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2000 draft.

"Twenty-four years ago, I ran a 5.28 40-yard dash," Brady said in a viral video from February 2024.

"Maybe, just maybe, we give the 40 one more shot. Let's see if we can level up."

Brady then proceeded to visibly outpace his 22-year-old rookie self, setting a new 40-yard dash time of 5:18, then 5:12.

"That was fun," Brady said. "Next year it's going to be faster."

The former Patriots and Buccaneers signal caller announced his first retirement in February 2022 after three seasons in Tampa Bay.

Six weeks later he reversed his decision.

He played one more season citing 'unfinished business' but it ended with a 8-9 record and defeat to the Dallas Cowboys in the wild-card round of the playoffs.

Shortly after, he announced his retirement 'for good.'

But despite the finality of that statement he has continued to flirt with a second return from retirement.

"Thinking about finding a training camp to show up to," a shirtless Brady posted in August.

He refused to ruled it out again more recently, saying: "I’m not opposed to it.

"I don’t know. … I’m always going to be in good shape, always be able to throw the ball. So, to come in for a little bit, like MJ coming back, I don’t know if they’d let me, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it."

Brady's impressive physique owes a lot to his holistic approach to health and well-being.

He introduced the world to The Tom Brady Diet, also known as the TB12 Method, in his 2017 book, and has adhered to it ever since.

The method focuses on 'a series of healthy daily habits across five pillars: pliability, nutrition, hydration, movement and mental fitness, and claims to help boost energy levels, minimise inflammation, and reduce the risk of injuries.

It also encourages a plant-based diet, which Brady follows, as well as the consumption of a variety of nutritious, anti-inflammatory foods.

That means no refined carbohydrates, saturated fats or sugars.

Instead, it's all about lots of greens and, on occasion, local grass-fed, organic meats.

“I don’t think it’s a strict regimen. I think it’s just trying to make healthy choices that allow me to live the life I want to live,” he told People.

“I still want to maintain. I’ve developed so many healthy habits, I just want to stick with them."
